I felt compelled to write to you to express my deep thanks for the wonderful repairs you carried out on my two Royal Doulton figurines.
‘Cassim’ as you know had her head off which you restored to her former glory. I cannot see any trace of damage or repair to this wonderful figurine.
My ‘Priscilla’ figurine with the large crack and chip was also superbly restored.
These figurines were treasured possessions of my late mother. To have them back in perfect condition means the world to me.
