Budget prices can be quoted by telephone or from photos. But firm and fixed prices can only be quotes from inspection. Many items come to us for repair through the postal system; (with adequate insurance) this is proving to be very successful with many of our long distance customers. We advise pieces to be double boxed and with at least 3 inches of packing around each side.
